29th Friday
Went to work as usual.. Nothing much to rush today. Phew! Wanted to brief in 1 artwork. But dateline was next thurs. So they asked me to come back on Tues to brief one of the artist. Hmmmm... Okay. Met up with one of the photographer to talk about Visa. Quite a rush job for them to source talents to locations. But I guess with their professional skilled. They are able to do anything.

So during the night, a bunch of us(Boon, Cat, Hui, Stella, Alex, Michael, Lisa, Bossly and me) went down to Barrios for a drink. Was still crowded but after the happy hour. All the Ang MOs were gone. Kind of bored. So they decided to move on to WineBar @ Zouk. Thought of joining Meaty at Zodiac but I guess there's nothing much to do. So decided to get the car and drove them down. Was chit chatting happily over there and busy taking pictures. Hmmm.. Hui told me that I looked different in pictures. Looked slimmer, she used a very funny word to describe. (1/3 of me was gone) Huh! Is it? I felt myself looked funny in pictures because all the double chin and extra fats came out from side way of my face. Ha! Anyway, the night was good. Had a good time with them and afterwhich, i left at 12am. Gone down to Zodiac to look for Meaty. Waited until 3am for Serene to knock off. Wow, that's already 30th April 3.30am. And guess what, I'm fucking hungry. As I went off straight to drink after work and munched on those finger food. Huh, it's not enough for me!!!

Meaty suggested to go Geyland for the famous "Mee Pok" but the waiting time took really long. Haix, just as i've expected. But i'm damm hungry. Didn't really feel like talking. And of course, everyone except Meaty was black faced. Well, hungry man is an angry man. Ha! After the food, meaty sent us back and i was already dead tired and I guess my gastric is about to attack. Hmmmm...

By then, I'm dropped dead on the bed. Luckily this week is a long holiday. Yeah!

Today was the best day of the entire working life in Tequila. Ha! Because all my jobs are out of my hand and waiting for them to revert back. So the whole day, I only have 1 job to do. And it only took me 3 hours to finish the changes and mock it up. Wow! That's a very relaxing job. If only, everyday can be like this. That will be so nice. But having this kind of life is also quite boring hor? What you want, Jes?

Met up with Kelvin for Hugo Boss job. He didn't give me any pictures or logo. And wanted to see the layout. I was puzzled. Asked him what can I show then? Blank paper with text? Ha! Anyway, will wait for him to get back to me. At the meantime, what I can do it's just some simple layout. Afterthat, I called up Meaty and he was somewhere nearby. Told me that he will be coming over to fetch me. So while waiting, I went to eat Ice Kachange. The weather is so damm warm recently.

Nothing much infact, headed home and do Boss's layout and meaty's Namecard. Hmmmm... relaxing Wed.

Today was quite a fullfilling day. Busy but not rushing. On hand, I have a few things to finish up. Finally, this Anna Sui Tangs Underpass Panel was confirm after a few days of changes. Quickly, I have to get the production to do up the FA. Was waiting in the office for the FA to go out.... Finally, I can leave at 8pm. Decided to drop at Tiong Bahru for a walk and dinner for a change. Straight away, I headed to Ebase. A shop which I like alot. Although sometime, the clothing might be a bit way too off for me. But I still love to patronize the shop. Saw some tubes... decided to get one after meal. But salegirl told me that I have to purchase 3 in a bag. Haix.... So I headed for my dinner.

Afterthat, I browse through some of the shop but didn't manage to get anything(as usual). So without wasting my time, I went back to Ebase and tried some of the tops and bottom. Haix, looked funny on me. Brought the tubes and left the shop. Suddenly, within a few distance, I saw a pair of shoes which caught my attention. Without any hesitation, I tried and brought it. Ha! And also brought a pair of green slipper. Both doesn't cost much, only $29.90. Alright rite?

So headed home sweet home to do Meaty's freelance brochures which required a few changes. Although it just a few changes but the point is that having 2 logos fighting in the front cover is a disaster. Client just don't understand. And meaty on the other hand, agreed that whatever client wants, just give it to them. Afterall, they paid. But it doesn't looked nice you see. Haix... So flare up! But what to do, they are the lay-man. Don't really understand.

Finally, finished up the FA around 1am. Fainted on the bed straight after. Ha ha ha!

Wanted so much to buy 2 pairs of shoes. So decided to drop by at Plaza Singapura then to Herren. Afterall, just got my paid. Hee! Got a FA to go out again. But managed to leave the office at 7.30pm. So quickly dropped by at PS first. But then, when I tried the first shoes. It don't seem to be very comfortable. Haix, so decided not to buy it. Quickly had my dinner, then moved on to Herren. That's worst, shop closed at 8pm. When i reached there, it's already 8.30pm. Wau Lau eh! I'm so disappointed. Couldn't get another at all. Went round the whold building. Still can't get anything. Decided to go home instead. Wasted trip!

Just when you wanted to buy something. It will never happen. But if you shop aimlessly, you will spend til you are broke. Forget it man.......

Hmmm... Haven't have time to blog recently. I guess you know what i mean again. Was so busy with my jobs and have no time for other things. What to do, Money, money, money! Hope to settle all the other freelance jobs quickly and get out of the hectic life.

22nd Apr
Met up with Irene and Rebecca after work. Was so busy in the office and hoping to clear my job as quick as possible. But too bad, I have FA to send out. So while waiting for them to clear. I quickly finished up other jobs. But couldn't carry on anymore because I saw Bossly playiing Pool downstair. Hmmm... Wanted to try it out. Haix, pai sei hor, I wasn't a good player anyway. But wanted to play so much. So had a couple of round with them. Lost all! Ha, ha, ha! Expected.....But nevermind, practise make perfect.

Afterwhich, I rushed down to meet Irene and Rebecca at Bugis. By the time I reached Bugis, it was already 8pm. Haix, but the ladies are enjoying their shopping. Irene introduced a new friend to me - Fiona. Hmmm.. I saw her before in Irene's blog. Hee! Finally, we ended up at Sketches eating our pasta.

Infact, 3 of us order the same food, which is seafood pasta. I was famished that I keep eating my food and listening to their conversation. Sorry gals, I'm hungry. (A hungry person is an angry person) So I didn't talk much but enjoying my food. Ha! The most funny thing happened when we asked for bill. This waitress came back with a $9 plus bill which shocked the 3 of us. But we decided to keep quiet. Not because we are greedy lah, because they are so careless so they have to pay the price lor. Ha! But in the end, the waitress went back to check on the bill again. So finally, she came back with the exact amount. LPPL!

We moved on to Boat Quay for a coffee. Searching for Coffee Club in vain. But I guess, there's none over there. And guess what, we walked from the mrt station right to the end of Boat Quay. You must be wondering what the big fuss over it. But let me clarify, stupid me wore a pair of heel that whole day. My legs are so tired. Huh! Furthermore, that distance is enough to kill me. Finally, we settled down at Coffee bean. Had our coffee and chit chatting until 12.30am. Then decided to head home sweet home.

1st April (Friday)
Quite a happening night for me. Ha. Was so lazy at work on Friday. Everythings start to slow down and although not as busy as before. But still, have jobs to rush. Haix! Wanted to go home to rest. But saw Lisa, she asked me whether I wanted to go for a drink with them. Hmmmm... I wanted to but felt a bit tired. But in the end, I decided to join them @ Barrio. Hee! Hee! Cheap alcohol and nice spicy sotong was a lure. Alex, Lisa and I went over 1st. And later part, Bee, Cecilia & (her Boyfriend) joined us. Happily chit chating with them. Saw Pat too. He's leaving for Australia on 27 April for good. I really wish him and his family all the best. Just when cat came over to join us for a while. Oh, Carol and Sharon asked me to go Karaoke. Sounds good, so decided to join them too. Ha, felt like a butterfly.

Four of us went to K-box @ Paradix. That place was really big. And later part, cat came over to join us too. Hmmm.. really a "girl" night outing man! We were singing happily and enjoying really well. Good! Like people said: Work hard, play hard, too! And these few girls really can sing leh.. actually suppose to stop at 1.20am. The waitress told us that it's our last song as they are people coming later. But then, our last song never come. Ha! We continued to sing until our last key-in song. Wow, that's about 1 hour after the waitress said those thing. And of course, most of us were already like panda liao.

Lastly, i called up Meaty to come and fetch me @ Mr Bean. Wanted to eat some food. But afraid that Meaty will be here anytime. So ordered a cup of hot chocolate instead.

2nd April (Sat)
Fainted on the bed until 11.30am. Actually wanted to sleep somemore but i guess i should join meaty and pil to go to pray grandpa-in-law. Went over for a brunch at pil's house. Was amazed to see the newly upgraded toilet. Quite beautifully done. And the newly fixed window too. Really worth the money. Guess what, mil suggested meaty and me to move back to their house to stay with them after few year time. I was quite happy with the suggestion. Although i know that it might be a hard decision to stay with pil. But i'm confident to overcome all these. Afterall, it's part and parcel of life. And the good thing is that i will have proper dinner if I stay with them. Hee, less house chores to do. Thinking about it makes me happy. And it will be double good if they will to take care of my future bb. After praying at cemetery, we went over to meet up with Lincoln and Serene.

After that, went straight home to do my routine house work. And around 9 plus, meaty asked me whether we want to join Rebecca, Kok & Joseph for a dinner @ JB. Good idea! So we meet them up for a seafood dinner @ JB. Guess what, by the time the food is ready for consumption. It's already 12am liao. Ai yo, don't know whether it's dinner or supper??? Hmmm...the worst thing is that when we are on our way back home. There's a slightly long jam at the Woodland custom. OMG! Still jam at this wee hour? Finally got back home, change and fell asleep while meaty still watching his TV programmes. I think I fainted again.

3rd April (Sun)
Wake up really early to do Meaty's Freelance job. Not bad, could finished up in a hour or so. But still have to finalise quite a bit of the layout. Quickly, I wash up and met up with Fang for brunch and our weekly Jap Lesson. We drove to IMM for KFC.. Hmmmm... the new fillet burger wasn't so good. And we ordered one chingteng(dessert). Doesn't taste nice too. Haix, what a disappointed brunch. Walk abit and dash to Clementi CC for classes. Our Jap is getting a bit more blur now. What "ko re wa" and "ko no".. Ai yo, both of us speak until our tongue trapped. But fun lor.

After the lesson, drove Fang and her friend back home and quickly dashed home to finish up the leaflet. Meaty was checking his copy and keep asking me to justify the text. Ai yo, really Officers' style man! No serif font lah, no this and that lah. Luckily, he's not my Creative Director. If not, I die! Felt like at if I was working in AGI.

Later part in the evening, met up with Lincoln and Serene for a movie (Eye10). Not a scary movie, like what Fang had told me before. Some parts of the show are funny. After which, we went to Yewtee for a cup of coffee before heading home. Haix, start of the week liao.
