Hari Raya Holiday Today, Meaty and I had a full day. We are meeting one of his friend - Alex plus his wife - Chin(my senior in Nafa) to Sentosa. I really loved to be with this couples because they are very funny, real and sincere friends. We met at the Bus interchange for breaky. I was very surprised to see a long "Q" at the Sentosa Bus station. The "Q" was stretched from the over head bridge and along the way at the shelter and towards the bus interchange. OMG! A lots of Bangadash people. *Faint* We have our meal fast and drove into Siloso carpark. Getting in wasn't that difficult, just a short while and we are in the carpark liao. Took our barang barang, find our spot and laid our sheets. I should say it's really crowded this time round as compared to the last time I was there in Feb.

Took off our clothes, applied sun-tan lotion and dashed into the sea. Well, as usual, I don't dare to go any further. Hee! Scared lah! Chit-chatted with Chin on career, holiday, tour etc. And after a while, four of us played "frisbee" (if I spelled correctly). Dam siong leh! Run and run on the hot sand. But I guess Meaty and Alex ran more than two of us. Ha! Played quite a while and decided to continue our sun taning. Around 4plus, we decided to call it a day at Sentosa. Showered and left for Chinatown. It's Karaoke time. Ha! Four of us booked a small room in Party World. Sang from 5 - 8pm. Didn't sing alot because I find that my song book are quite limited now. Hmmm... Have to go K more often liao. Anyway, up coming one is with Teq's colleagues. After our singing, we went over to Kampong Bahru for "fish head soup". I never really like it but this time round, I should say "Good". The soup and fish tasted nice. We eat and talk cock for the night. But didn't stayed very late. Around 9plus, we parted and backed to our island. Hee! That's the last holiday of Oct, can't wait for Dec to come.

Boring @ work Monday again and can't wait for Tue to come. Did up my HF layout and waiting for copy to fit it in. But my senior writer was on leave. So have to wait for Wed then. Finally, it time to knock off. Meaty came and fetched me up with Xiao Ding(SH colleagues). He's a very young chap - 24 years old. Staying in Shanghai and working for Meaty's company as a magazine designer. He seems a bit unsure about his future. Ya! At his age and the country that he's living in plus he's a china chinese. So kind of difficult to get a good job. We had a good talk, told him where I started and how I landed. It's never glamourous, it's all about hard work and determinations. Kept him thinking for a while. Three of us planned to go Fish & Co for dinner but there's a long Q at The parkmall branch. So we drove on to the Indonesian BBQ at riverwalk. Ordered a plate of mixed BBQ stuffs, KangKong, O-tak plus rice. It's really very filling. In fact, I didn't eat so much rice but I was dam full.

After our dinner, we sent him back to YMCA. He's leaving for SH tomorrow. And we continued our journey back to our island. I think Meaty are dreaming all the way in the car... Ha! Too full lah.

Brought Fil to clinic Waking up very early today at 6.45am. I knew that Meaty would have forgotten to bring his father to checkup. I drove to Clementi and suddenly I remembered that today is Deepavali, clinic should be closed. Anyway, we tried our luck and if it's closed, we shall have our breaky. And true enough, the clinic wasn't operating. I drove them to Ave 2 for dim sum and some soupy stuffs. Had a nice chat with Mil. Well, she will be working in 1st Nov. Hee! Again, she asked me how's my house's rate and would I prefer to stay with them. Well, I don't have any problem. But will have to see how it goes man. After sending them home, I went home to take a rest. I dozed off and wake up at 11plus. OMG! Quickly washed up and dashed out of the house to Lot 1.

Dinner @ Pauline's house Went over to Lot 1 and finally got Richelle a xmas gift. Met up Mummy Tan @ Bugis to shop for a while and drove to compass point to fetch Pauline. Reached her house and started to prepare the food and played with Ethan. He was very energetic man! Richelle was as usual, staring at guests and when we got near. She will cry very loud. Hmmm... Scary! Soon, Grace and LeeLee arrived and we tucked in for our dinner. The chicken was not nicely marinated whereas the porky seems quite nice. Ai yo, no soya sauce for chicken mah.. of course not nice lor. Around 8 plus, Ethan wanted Augusta to go back McNair. And left the 4 of us, trying to finish up the food. Chit-chatted for a while and LeeLee soon to go too. She needed to fetch her family at the chalet. So 3 of us sat at the dining table, talking about investments, working, colleagues.. Ha! I guess mostly I was listening to what both of them are debating ba. And time passes fast, it's already 11plus. Wanted to take a cab but Pauline insisted to give me a lift... Hee! Pai sei ah. I wonder does she know how to go home? Well, my house so desserted. *Fainted*. Reached home, watched "Goong" and again fell asleep. Ha!

Second time in Vivo City Knocked off work at 6pm on the dot as I had already got Fang to go Vivo City. Took Bus 145 and reached Vivo 30mins. I was on time so I walked around HarbourFront. Surprisingly, there are lots of shoppers in HF too. I went into Espirit and I saw a sweater which I quite like it. Wanted to buy but decided to wait for Fang. She came in and I told her about the sweater. I didn't buy it on the spot as we thought Vivo City might have some discounts. Walking into Vivo does gave me an oversea shopping feel. For example like Bangkok or Hongkong. And this is the 2nd time I'm there. I think this time round, there are 40% shops opened and still as crowded. We walked in Gap, Topshop, Zara, etc. Of course, not forgetting Espirit. I saw another turquoise color and was about to buy, then on 2nd thoughts, I might have some vouchers at home. Fang stopped me from buying. Hmmmm!

Another main intention to go shopping is to buy a gift for Pauline's daughter. Well, she's leaving US soon. So we have a gathering at her place tomorrow. It's a Korea BBQ dinner wo! Yummy! But then, I couldn't get anything there. Haix! Forget it and both of us went for dinner instead. After our meal, we still shopped for a while more and decided to get out of the mall soon. I didn't drive so we went over to the Bus interchange to get a bus. Took Bus 183 and it goes round and round before ending up in CCK. We each went on our way, I took a shuttle bus and she took a LRT. Was so tired after the walking... soon, I reached home. Watched more "Goong" and fell asleep.

BIL & SIL's Wedding Waking up early and preparing for BIL's wedding. Reaching Pil's house at 9plus, took a cab as they used ours as wedding car. Waited for while and soon they reached. Have them rested for a while and tea ceremony came. So envy! Wonder when will my turn come? Anyway, Mil was very happy and she was walking here and there, trying to entertain the guests. And when our turn to drink the tea. Finally, I heard them calling us "Da Ke" & "Da Sao". Ha! Maybe once and last time that I will hear from Sil. After the ceremony, they get ready to go back Sil's family.

Meaty and I went back home and rest instead. And get ready at 5plus to go back Pil's house to get the car and fetch them (Pil, Er-yee & San jiu mu). Mil was very excited and kept asking me, does she looked alright. Ha! She purposely went to set her hair and have her makeup done, wore a skirt. Hee! She looked just like Meaty(if he had long hair). While at the dinner, Mil's friends and neighbours are all so cute. They will purposely walked over my table and take a look at me. Or talked to my Mil and get to chat with me too. Hmmmm... One of them even said that I looked cute? Huh! OMG! Yah, old cutie pie! And dinner was fast on VIP table as they needed to prepare the couples to stand at the reception earlier than guests. Anyway, I sat there happily eating my food with Fil. And waited for the guests to leave. Sent Pil home and back to our HSH too. So bloody tired! Tomorrow still working... Ai yo!

1st weekend with Meaty after his SH trip

14th Oct Wake up quite late today, nearly 1pm. Ha! As Meaty and I watched "Gong" last night. Speaking of which, I don't really so fancy about this drama leh. Funny! But I heard so much good verdict about this drama. I even fell asleep in the beginning. OMG! Anyway, I waited for meaty to wake up and we both went over to Yewtee coffeeshop for brunch. Wanted to eat at "Kuru" but on second thoughts, he wanted to eat chicken rice. I was expecting 2 plates of chicken rice + meat lah. But then, I saw him ordering half chicken + rice. Wau piang! My eyes were really big especially when I don't eat so much nowsday. But okie lor, I tried to eat half the rice and take most of the meat. After that, both of us went back home *Happily contented stomach* And I did up my house work. Then we continued our second drama marathon until 7plus. Decided to take a rest for 5 minutes before going Vivo City. Ai yo! Meaty rested more than an hour. And we reached there around 8.45pm. Guess what? It was filled with people. Cars are jammed outside the carpark. All the nearby carpark in the shopping centres are Full. Can you imagine that? Sian lor. No choice but to U-turn to the opposite carpark near the hawker centre. Walked over and was quite impressed by the outlook of the shopping centre. Singapore are getting better and better in architecture. Quite a lots of people in the mall and it is really big. But only 35% of the shops are opened. I think might need another 1 more months before most of the shops will be open. We walked aimlessly on the first and second levels. Then looked for food court. Miss a few times because the signage wasn't that clear. Finally settled in the food court for a plate of Chay Kwaytiao, Wantan Noodle and Satay. Anyway, all the food tasted like shit! Ha! And very rude cashier for the drink counter. I guess they are tired ba. But haix, servicing like these - sucks! Afterwhich, Meaty wanted to go home liao. Huh! Man are always like that... don't want to spend time in the mall, walking aimlessly.

Back to our island and watched more drama until 1am. Went over to Porky's place and fetched him and his new gal for supper at Bt Timah. Chit-chatted for an hour and back home for more drama. Slept at 5am...


15th Oct I'm amazed that I wake up at 11am. OH! I thought I would have wake up at 3pm instead after a late night. Thought of my yogurt in the fridge and quickly dashed over. (Hee! Just in case meaty got it first. I must eat because he had taken the 1st one.) Waited until 3plus, he finally wake up and we drove over to PIL's house. Saw BIL and SIL busying preparing their wedding on coming Tues(17th) and FIL was so eagerly trying to get out of the house. Poor chap! He haven't go far away places since Meaty went to SH. We had our brunch first and drove FIL to withdraw money for BIL's wedding gift and to West Coast for dessert. He fully enjoyed every moments. Then we drove over to Jurong Hill. That's a nice place minus away the bad haze lah. Was thinking where to go next and both of us thought of East Coast. But somewhere down the road, MIL called and we decided to detour over to IMM. Now, IMM had changed. The carpark are newly renovated and they have extended the building. So there's more shops now. Wow! What a nice and great change. And of course, more shoppers now. Shopped for a while and saw MIL with her buddy(neighbour). Drove back Clementi and chit-chatted with MIL. She so funny. She brought out the weighing machine and asked me and meaty to weigh. She told us she had slim down and she also said that I've slim down. Ha!

After that, Meaty and I went HSH. Ironed up those clothes and continued "Gong". Fell asleep at 11 plus.... Until 4plus, I had a bad dream.. Was so scared that I dare not sleep. Continued "Gong" until Meaty came home. Ha! He thought I didn't sleep at all... But I doze off soon after he's back.

Meaty's back After 6 weeks, I finally managed to see Meaty. Went to work as usual. Not as busy as last week. Luckily, I was dumped by the O2 group. Yes! I was not disappointed at all. Infact, I was really happy and glad. Heard that it's a pain in the ass account. Heng ah! I don't need to do liao.... The whole day was concentrate on doing KF Brand ads. Finding all the possible pictures. Really sickening man. This job was done a year plus ago. And after I joined this account, this shit was pass on.. OMG!

Anyway, around 5plus, we finally can settle down to talk about the pictures. And i thought I have to stay back late to finish up. But luckily, everything was settled around 6.35pm. Quickly called up Lisa and asked her to wait for me. Hee! Just to get her to accompany me to Redhill to take the car and drove her back home(she stayed near my sis's place). Had my meal and showered in sis's house. Heard that BIL bought a new car - Toyota Camry. Hee! Hee! The new number to buy liao. Around 8.30pm, I drove over to airport to fetch my Meaty. I'd reached just in time. He had touched down as expected time. Anyway, he didn't put on weight or lose any for this trip. But I glad that he had noticed my weight lost. Heng ah! Although not much but at least people noticed it. Drove him to Yewtee coffeeshop for his dinner. Was really tired..... Reached home, washed up his laundry and watched a bit of SCV. Chit-chatted for a while and dozed to sleep......

Dinner @ Orchard Mandarin Hotel Fetched the young ones and reached the hotel really early. As sis wanted to get a good table for us. It's a really big wedding dinner with a total of 95 tables. Wow! 50 for the broom and 45 for the bride. And I even heard that there's a bus catered for the whole village of Mandai neighbour. OMG! And true enough, I saw a bunch of people came in at one time. Really scary lor! Anyway, I dolled myself up today and shocked my BIL's relatives. Ha! Well, they seen me since young. And now, auntie liao mah! Dinner was slow. And the service is really lousy. No drinks were served except chinese tea. Food was slow and guess what? At around 11plus, we are still short of last 2 dishes. Finished almost at 12midnite. Dam horrible! Sent the young ones home and drove to wash my car and top up petrol. It's already very late.... reaching home at 1plus. Trying out my mac, blog and about to sleep. Going Vivo City with mummy tan and prince tml (well, shld be later). Okie, here's my pix at dinner:

Double up I wake up at 7.25am and I was surprised that I didn't get up to go toilet today. I must have been dreaming the whole night. Washed up and getting ready to go to work. I wore the green dress today. Well, not going anywhere at night, just wanted to doll up and be pretty at work. Ha! Painted my nails myself yesterday and added a little diamond flower at the big toe nail. Hee! And oh shit! I was looking for my toes socks and I got out of the house late. ARgghhh!



Bought a nail color from Missha, recommended to all, cheap, smooth to use and easily dry.

Anyway, reached office at 9.30am, bought my breaky - papaya & honeydew. I've changed my breakfast for the past 3 weeks. I no longer eat those oily stuffs for breaky. And it does show some result lor. Happy happy! And of course, lesser rice too. Worked were dam busy recently.... Rushing like hell for all the stuffs. And I got to know that I've to rush out for press check for the Raffles Sale folder at 4.30pm. OMG! And I have to do some layouts for Harbour Front. What the Fcuk! Luckily O2 had not kick off yet. Anyway, if that does then I've to forgo other jobs too. Hee! Had to work double hard.

Chit-chatted with Meaty for a while after I came back from press check. Hee! Yippy! He will be back and heard that he will not leave for SH that soon. Teased him for a while and got what I wanted to hear. Ha! Ha! Women are like that lah! So man had to be wise and be prepared at all time.... Time passes really fast and ready to knock off from work. Quickly packed my stuffs and walked over to Chinatown to take a bus to sis's house for dinner. Had a nice evening with them. And afterwhich, BIL and sis sent me home. Showered and started to work again...Sian!
